Where are you located?
We are located at 24th St. & Baseline Rd. in the South Mountain area. Our address is 2740 E. Gary Way, Phoenix, AZ 85042. If you wish, you may pick up your cookies at this location.

Do you deliver or ship?
We will deliver anywhere in the Phoenix Metro Area for a small fee. Please add "Flat Rate Delivery" to your cart before you check out. We prefer a minimum of 2 dozen cookies for delivery. If the delivery address is different from the billing address please specify in the notes when you checkout. Unfortunately, we do not ship orders at this time.

How do I arrange to get my cookies?
Once you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours. At that time, you will be prompted to reply to the email to arrange for pick up or delivery.

When will my cookies be ready?
Because all batches are made fresh to order, please allow up to 72 hours for orders to be completed. You will receive an estimated time in your confirmation email, then an additional email to let you know they are ready.

How do I pay for my cookies?
We accept cash, checks, credit cards, debit cards and Paypal. If you would prefer to pay with cash or check at time of pick up or delivery, please place your order by calling (512) 284-0506 or emailing us at [email protected].

How long will my cookies stay fresh?
If you manage to make it to the end of the day without eating your entire box of cookies, we highly recommend that you store them in an airtight container or bag. They will stay fresh at room temperature for 5-10 days. You can also prolong the life of our cookies by freezing them…or hiding them :)

I have a nut allergy, can I eat these cookies?
While some of our cookies do not contain nuts, all of our cookies are made on shared equipment and may contain traces of tree nuts and peanuts.

Do you have gluten-free cookies?
We do not have any gluten-free cookies at this time, but please stay tuned for new recipes in the future.

Do you have dairy-free cookies?
Our pumpkin oatmeal cookie is dairy free & vegan. No butter, no eggs, just pure, organic, unrefined coconut oil.
